 We now will accept on e-bay orders multiple forms of payment:  Paypal, Visa/Mastercard, American Express and Money Orders.  Charges will be submitted via ebay messages and we recommend it be done in two separate messages.   If you wish to pay by check, we will hold merchandise until the check has cleared; this will vary depending on our work schedule.  We will only do this as a last resort courtesy.   Having been in business for twenty years, we are a highly reputable merchant who will work with you to serve your needs.

Shipping charges in our store reflect handling charges and we strive to offer a fair cost for us to prepare items, fill orders, package and ship. We are instituting an aggressive campaign to offer merchandise at a fair price and a program to calculate the shipping and handling at a fair price. It will take a minimum of 30 days to reflect this throughout our listings. We primarily use Paypal Shipping in conjunction with the USPS. Although this program raises the minimum costs to ship, it provides a more secure and reliable process to track and receive packages. We offer a multiple item shipping discount, usually after 4-5 items. Let us invoice before payment so that we can calculate correct shipping and handling amounts. Uninsured orders cannot be guaranteed for delivery or replacement unless insured for an additional amount at checkout. Payment of an uninsured invoice indicates acceptance of these terms. We generally ship within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment, sooner if possible. We are closed on Mondays. In special cases, we will accept returns with prior approval. Items priced under $2.00 are nonreturnable. We ask that our sealed bags are returned unopened. Also our counts will be guaranteed when they arrive and cannot be returned when opened. This ensures our accuracy. With regard to one of a kind, unique items, we may inadvertently misplace or sell elsewhere, so we will offer a substitute or a refund to prevent problems. When you see items that are unique, slight imperfections (inclusions) are the things we find beautiful about nature's art, so we will accept returns on items in their original condition with prior approval by us. All semiprecious stones are graded by the quality of drilling the holes as well as the cutting of the shape and the colors and beauty of patterns. Our stones are of the top commercial grade: highest polish, best color, straight drilling, top of the line! If you are paying less for a lesser quality, you may actually be paying too much.

Our Sterling Silver is guaranteed as .925, considered solid, and we look for workmanship of product as well. The appearance of silver is based on the the seams, the thickness, polish, design, and details. The word Sterling is only legally used in Jewelry when the product is solid. Only in eBay will you find the word Sterling Plated, as the Jewelry industry strictly forbids this.
