About The Stationery Tote(TM)
Welcome to The Stationery Tote(TM)! I graduated in 2006 with a degree in Interior Design and got married in January '07. After our wedding, my husband and I were unsure of exactly where we were going to be living and for how long, making it nearly impossible for me to get a 'traditional' job. I began thinking about alternative forms of work and since I designed almost all of the stationery for my own wedding--and had so much fun doing it--I decided stationery was the way to go! I took my items around to local stores with a lot of success and very positive feedback, so I decided to branch out and reach more potential customers. After many months of preparation, I have officially launched my store!I was recently chosen to become a Freelance Designer for eInvite.com. I will be designing all sorts of items for them and am really excited about this new and exciting opportunity!
Designs Personalization All items include personalization at no extra cost to you, and I will provide you with as many online proofs you require until your items look exactly how you like! Personalization ideas can be found here. Please note that the choices on this page are just a fraction of the options you have! If you prefer different fonts or wording, I will happily accomodate you!
Customization Any and all of my designs can be completely customized to your specifications! I can add or change size, wording, fonts, colors, photos, paper (card stock to photo and vice versa), etc. I will even create something completely custom for you! I love to design and I am constantly adding to my inventory, so be sure to check back frequently for new designs and ideas!For customization, simply make a request and I will adjust any item to your exact specifications!
Design Protection All of my designs are copyright protected and all rights are reserved. Any attempt to copy or reproduce my designs is illegal and strictly prohibited. I design each and every item in my store from scratch. Please make no attempt to copy or reproduce anything you see from The Stationery Tote(TM)! Be respectful of the time and effort I have put into each and every one of my designs. If you would like to print any of my designs yourself, you may by the rights to a template for a fixed fee per design.
Policies
Minimum Orders Since I charge a flat shipping fee, I do not require a minimum order amount. The quantity is up to you!
Payment Payment is due immediately upon commitment to buy. If you do not intend to buy, please do not bid!
For store inventory items, you have the option to select the number of items you would like, and proceed through to payment. For most fixed price items, let me know how many items you would like and I will send you an invoice to reflect your new price. Then, you can pay through the link provided on the invoice!

Shipping I charge one $5 flat fee using USPS Priority Mail for all orders! Items go out for shipping on weekdays. Average delivery time, after processing, is 2-3 days, and shipping cost includes Saturday deliveries! Sometimes delays occur, so please note that I cannot be held responsible for such delays once an order has been processed and dropped off for delivery. Thank you for your understanding! If you would like expedited shipping, such as overnight delivery, I will be more than happy to accommodate you! Simply make a note in the PayPal comment box during checkout, send me a message via ebay, or email me at StationeryTote@Gmail.com to let me know. If you email me, please be sure to note your order information, such as order number or item number. Also note that any additional shipping charges incurred are to be paid by you prior to shipment. International shipping is also available upon request. As with expedited shipping, any additional charges incurred are to be paid by you prior to shipment, and additional shipment time will be required.
Processing/Handling Time Orders, including electronic proofs, will only begin processing once payment is received, thanks! I work very hard to process all orders as quickly as possible. I work from home and make my own hours, so I am able to process orders very quickly. In most cases, I will email your online proof within 1 business day, and your order will be fully processed and shipped within 3 business days. Often times orders are processed even faster than that! However, please allow for a full processing window of one week to account for any unexpected delays or problems. If such an instance should arise, I will make every attempt to contact you about it!
Quality Guarantee/Returns I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! With each order, I will not begin full processing until you have received and approved your online proof. You are responsible for ensuring that all information (spelling, addresses, phone numbers, etc.) on your proof is correct! If I notice a spelling error before processing has begun, I will let you know and will correct it before moving forward. Once printing has begun, however, a correction will require a reorder.
Since each item is made especially for you, returns are not possible; however, if you are unsatisfied, I will do everything I can to remedy the situation. Any mistake on my part will be redeemed with a revised order at no additional cost. I will work with you the entire way to ensure that you get exactly what you are looking for!
